Our Coffee

From South Minas Gerais with special care in the farming process

Sammarinese Blend is produced at ideal climate and altitude conditions. Moreover, the farm has already passed through a number of audits that ensure all our operations follow the deepest principles of sustainability and take special care of the communities working on site.

Sammarinese Blend

Our Arabicas

Only varieties of Arabica are produced at our farm. They are primarily Bourbon, but we also have Red Catuaí, Yellow Catuaí and Mundo Novo. All the operations of processing, fermenting, and washing take place on site before the beans are transferred to the mill from the patio drying. Careful harvesting and processing at Fazenda Ouro Verde, along with geography, climate, and altitude, result in unique, complex characteristics of hazelnut and caramel in the cup. You can find below detailed information about our coffee.
